At Delk we can offer you monthly and alternate month, quarterly service as well as a single service.  And, if a pest problem should arise between services, inside or out, contact us and a Licensed Technician will come and take care of it at no additional charge.

Maintenance Services

The maintenance service (monthly or alternate monthly) is to keep pest from invading the inside of the structure. Your service will be done automatically on a regular schedule.  The foundation and eave of the structure, around windows and doorways, sidewalk edges next to the structure and refuge area will be treated. Lawns, fence lines, and out buildings will be treated when needed.  The inside of the structure will be treated, as needed, by appointment.  We de-web accessible areas of structures. 

DELK PEST CONTROL will report to you any conditions conducive to the breeding and harboring of pests covered by the agreement.  Your cooperation and proper preparation is important to ensure the most effective results from DELK PEST CONTROL service.
